Nominated for CB Award: restoration of the year 2018

A magnificent newyear present: Lona has been shortlisted as one of five candidates to become the 'Restoration of the Year' in the 'less than 40 foot' category. The election is challenging, competing against a lovely and totally rebuilt Scandinavian working boat of 1909, and three younger sloops from architects with a reputation: an Alfred Mylne yacht and two recently restored boats of no less than William Fife III. The scandinavian boat has won the 2018 Award.
